Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the outside search provider that delivers the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you place in the message and use them only to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service records ordinary server-log details, including an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
The information described above helps us run the service, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve the Walla Walla resources. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Walla Walla County and Washington government portals, records offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Information submitted on another service is controlled by that service's privacy policy, not ours. The same rule applies to sponsored search results, which an outside company provides.

Vendors that host or support the service process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatically gathered information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process compels it and do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Information
An encrypted connection delivers the service. Server logs are kept only for as long as the stated purposes require. We do not operate visitor accounts, so we hold no site password or account profile for you.
Users Under 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than eighteen. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted such information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Rights
Your rights may include access, correction, or deletion depending on the information and the law that applies. Washington has no single omnibus consumer privacy law. Its sector-specific laws include the My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, for covered consumer health data, and the data-broker registration law, chapter 19.375 RCW. Neither statute should be read as a universal right to erase public records. Because we retain little, we can generally check our contact mailbox and server logs promptly.
